This scheme will create a high quality route for people to walk or cycle easily and safely into the town centre, running alongside Chorley Old Road, linking Doffcocker to the town centre. It will include the creation of quiet routes away from main roads and with reduced levels of traffic, it will go through parks and public spaces and there will be much clearer and safer crossings.
