This scheme will provide a high quality pedestrian and cycle link between Edgeley and Stockport town centre, via the rail station and connecting with the proposed Stockport Interchange bridge. It will improve the infrastructure for cyclists and pedestrians along car-free links as well as quality and accessibility of the existing filter points onto Greek Street and the A6.
The consultation for this scheme closed on 2 July 2021.
