Scheme description
The Golborne plans focus on the opportunity to reduce rat running traffic and speeding vehicles on roads in the area, as well as improving cycling and walking access to local services and destinations.
Residents are being asked to feedback what they like about their area, but also how it could be made better - and whether they would like to stop through traffic using their streets as a short-cut.
This scheme is part of a GM-wide project to deliver an Active Neighbourhood in every borough, overseen by TfGM, Arup and Sustrans.
Additional information
We have been working with local people to develop planned improvements for your area. The most recent survey closed on 3 April 2022.
