Scheme description
Manchester’s plans focus on the Parsonage Road area, where previous consultations have identified a clear desire for better public spaces and safer areas for walking and cycling.
Residents will be asked to feedback what they like about their area, but also how it could be made better - and whether they would like to stop through traffic using their streets as a short-cut.
This scheme is part of a GM-wide project to deliver an Active Neighbourhood in every borough, overseen by TfGM, Arup and Sustrans.
Additional information
The most recent consultation for this scheme closed on 26 June 2022.
