This scheme will link Leigh, Atherton and Tyldesley, creating a network that will make it easier to travel between the areas without a car. It will include on and off-road cycling and walking routes, better links to key destinations such as schools and leisure areas and dedicated cycling and walking lanes and crossings along main roads.
