Scheme description
This scheme will prioritise pedestrian movement by providing safe road crossing facilities including five Toucan Crossing upgrades on key junctions in a densely populated area of Wigan. These safe crossing facilities will give residents a viable route into Wigan Town Centre, and access to all of the services there without using a car.
